The jar test is an old water treatment test procedure, first introduced in the 1930s. It has remained essentially unchanged since then, although there have been various refinements such as increased mixing speeds and the use of square jars instead of cylindrical beakers.
In addition to functionality, convenience, and versatility, the CLM4 (Compact Laboratory Mixer) system is specifically designed for easy portability or laboratory, simple operation, and reasonable cost.
The CLM4 system consists of a base unit, 4 x 1 liters sample jars with sampling ports, a control panel, a power supply, the illumination base, the baffle/dosing module and the shipping carton that should be kept as basic carrying box (deluxe carrying case available in option).
