Audit

To maintain the performance level of treatment works it is important to conduct an external audit on a regular basis, at least every few years intervals.

Audit can also be used as a research tool for problem causes within a problem solving process (PSP).

We offer three (3) types of audits adapted to different needs for our clients:

Treatment plant general audit

This type of audit focused on a particular problem experienced by the company for some time.

The goal is to quickly identify potential causes either in the operation, to the equipment, or monitoring program and laboratory testing. An action plan results from this activity, which may or may not arise to additional activities.

For the on-site part of the audit, one person for two days is generally enough.

Process audit

This type of audit is usually done when a client needs to increase its process capacity or if he faced repeatedly to environmental exceedances or risks of environmental exceedances.

The audit focuses on a detailed review of the operation and performance of the various process equipment, database, monitoring program and laboratory procedures. Our diagnostic equipment are used to identify the strengths and weaknesses of the treatment process.

A thorough analysis of operating data and design parameters is done to establish the limit and residual treatment capacity of treatment facilities, the needs of additional treatment capacity and to specify the range of values for Key performance indicators (KPI).

At the end, an action plan is proposed to upgrade equipment or procedures. For the on-site part of the audit, two people and five days are generally required.

Specifics problems audit

This type of audit focused on a particular problem experienced by the company for some time.

The goal is to quickly identify potential causes either in the operation, to the equipment, or monitoring program and laboratory testing. An action plan results from this activity, which may or may not arise to additional activities.

For the on-site part of the audit, one person for two days is generally enough.
